Google Search Console
See how Google crawls, indexes and ranks your site
Search Console is Google's own reporting for sites you verify ownership of. The Performance report shows the queries and pages that brought clicks and impressions, with position data, filterable by country, device and search type. The Pages report explains why URLs are or are not indexed, which is usually the fastest way to understand a sudden drop in traffic.
It also covers Core Web Vitals from real visitors, mobile usability, structured data types Google recognised, manual actions and security issues, and the URL Inspection tool for checking how a single page renders. Data is limited to your own verified properties and is kept for sixteen months, so exports matter if you want longer history. For most sites this is the first place to look and the last word on what Google actually saw.
